Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to work in the Toledo area. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal and external teams (subcontractors, suppliers, etc.) for project delivery.
Manage budgets, timelines, plans, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
Track deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders (administrative staff, workers, clients, etc.)
Oversee contract development, negotiation, and administration.
Secure necessary permits and licenses.
Select, manage, and oversee workers.
Implement and maintain quality control programs.
Resolve project issues and concerns with stakeholders.
Plan, organize, and direct construction and maintenance activities.
Investigate construction site incidents and ensure proper procedures are followed.
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA and other safety protocols.
Complete additional assignments as directed.
