Overview;
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee our supply chain, warehousing, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trade/shipping, logistics, and warehousing.
Responsibilities;
Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
Ensure compliance with tariff codes, trade agreements, and duty regulations.
Identify new sourcing opportunities to improve cost, quality, and lead times.
Oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, HTS tariff codes, and customs requirements.
Optimize freight strategies and work with carriers and third-party logistics providers to improve service levels while reducing costs.
Develop, track, and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency.
Present data-driven insights through Power BI, Excel, and other data analytics tools and make recommendations to senior leadership.
Experience;
Proven experience in logistics management, warehousing, packaging, and supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Stable work history.
Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field highly preferred.
