Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to work in the Nashville, TN area. This is a direct placement position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Looking for a Civil Engineer with planning, funding, design and construction management experience with all types of municipal infrastructure.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Serves as client liaison and/or project manager for municipal projects.
Provides supervision and coordinates the interaction of all disciplines. Supports staff and sub-consultants as required to complete public works projects within budget and schedule.
Coordinates and/or prepares proposals.
Evaluates staff performance.
Establishes QA/QC methods and procedures on projects to ensure high technical performance in conformance with company standards.
Experience in municipal capital improvement planning.
Attend public meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of engineering experience.
Planning, funding, designing and construction management experience with all types of municipal infrastructure.
Tennessee Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
Exceptional business and client service skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to articulate technical concepts at all levels.
Self-starter that excels in a collaborative, team environment.
