Develop and maintain a personal book of business through door-to-door sales, referrals, and lead follow-up
Advise homeowners on roofing and siding solutions tailored to their needs
Provide estimates, assist with insurance claims, and manage client expectations
Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and reliability
Build long-term client relationships and become their go-to expert
What You'll Need
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background and MVR checks
Willingness to travel for annual company training
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
