Requirements: Educational level: Industrial engineering or bachelor's degree, management, business. Languages: German desirable Experience required: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions inside Automotive Industry. Competencies Skills Techniques:

  2. Management levels have specified general authorizations, however the following apply to this position:
Extraordinary authorizations: Assign responsibilities for troubleshooting problems in the customer service process. 8. Cooperations with other positions:   Internal relations: Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Production
External relations: Customers 9. Main tasks (max. 6) with % of work:  
  • Search for new projects, maintenance of assigned clients.
  • Coordinate requirements of their assigned customers, from a visit to technical information requested by the customer.
  • Follow-up on quotations, seeking feedback from the assigned client when a project is not closed.
  • Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts (Forecast), data collection and reports for the sales manager of their assigned customers.
  • Coordinate visits of your assigned customers to KLMX facilitiesLMX.
  • Coordinate with logistics to meet assigned customer requirements in time and quantity.
