Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a Real Estate Associate in the Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati area with at least 3 years in a law firm setting focused on real estate transactions or litigation. This is a full-time permanent position based in any of the locations.

We are currently seeking an attorney with five or more years of high-level real estate experience for our Cincinnati, Cleveland or Columbus office. This position primarily involves representation of owners of commercial real estate in connection with development, purchase, sale and financing of office as well as lenders in commercial loan transactions and landlords and tenants in connection with commercial leases. The real estate attorneys are also involved in the negotiation of joint venture agreements and the preparation of equity syndication documents. Although the position is based in either our Cincinnati, Cleveland or Columbus office, the group works on transactions throughout the country. Candidates should have the ability to coordinate and supervise complex real estate transactions, possess excellent academic credentials and have strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills.
