Job Description
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking Registered Nurses for a hospital' s General MS/Tele, Ortho/Neuro, & Oncology Care Units in the Houston, TX area. Job Description
Sign-On Bonus $10K - $15K
$10K for Day Shift
$15K for Night Shift
- Distributed in 2 payments: 50% of the bonus will be paid in the first pay period after 30 days of employment, remainder will be paid in the first pay period after six (6) months of employment.
- If new hire resigns or terminates prior to any phase of the payment schedule, the remaining sign-on bonus is not paid. New hire must be employed by MHHS at time of payout.
- Payment is conditional on being employed in the same role as hire date. If employee status changes from FT to PT or PRN, no additional payment will be issued.
- All bonus payments will be taxed accordingly.
Commitment level requirements:
» If payout is $5, 000 - $10, 000, a twelve (12) month commitment is required
» If payout is more than $10, 000, le.
PAY
Our RN salaries range from $65, 000 to $110, 000.
There are variables that would place a candidate with a job profile of RN I, RN II, RN III, or RN IV.
These variables include LVN conversions and years of experience.
We' d be delighted to receive a candidate and complete a phone interview with them to go over their projected salary as well as added sign-on bonus, COVID-19 shift bonus, night shift differential, and TMC geographic differential.

Unit: Med Surg Tele
Day (7am - 7pm) or Nights (7pm-7am) Shifts Available
Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts; Flexible Self-Scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1: 5-6
Beds: 37
Unit Description
Our 3 med surg tele units are each 38 beds. While these units are all very similar, 3B is dedicated to more of our general surgical/higher acuity patients while 1A and 1B are more general med tele. They all have COVID designated beds. Please note are units could become FULL COVID units should cases increase. We use team approach on these units with different levels of staff support including PCAs, LVNs, Charge Nurses, Clinical Coordinators, etc. Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and strong sense of teamwork. Required experience is at least 1 year of acute care/ SNF or rehab experience. BSN preferred, will consider ADN nurses if willing to obtain a BSN within a 3 year timeframe.
Unit: Med Surg Ortho/Neuro Tele
Day (7am - 7pm) or Nights (7pm-7am) Shifts Available
Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts; Flexible Self-Scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1: 5-6

Unit Description
Our 2A unit is 37 bed unit with 23 ortho/neuro beds and 14 rehab bedsThis unit caters to variety of patients including stroke, knee surgeries, hips, etc. They all have COVID designated beds. We use team approach on these units with different levels of staff support including PCAs, LVNs, Charge Nurses, Clinical Coordinators, etc. Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and strong sense of teamwork. Required experience is at least 1 year of acute care/ SNF or rehab experience. BSN preferred, will consider ADN nurses if willing to obtain a BSN within a 3 year timeframe.
Unit: Med Surg Oncology
Day (7am - 7pm) or Nights (7pm-7am) Shifts Available
Shift: Three, 12-hour shifts; Flexible Self-Scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1: 5-6

Unit Description
Our 2B unit is 34 bed unit with 13 oncology beds and 21 med surg beds. This unit caters to medical surgical, oncology and geriatric population. This unit will have NO COVID beds due to the nature of the population. We use team approach on these units with different levels of staff support including PCAs, LVNs, Charge Nurses, Clinical Coordinators, etc. Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and strong sense of teamwork. Required experience is at least 1 year of acute care/ SNF or rehab experience. BSN preferred, will consider ADN nurses if willing to obtain a BSN within a 3 year timeframe.
