Provide quality support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure schedules and projects are completed timely.
Overall management of the Quality Department; responsible and accountable for all three shifts of Quality Assurance activities.
Manage all facility activities and personnel reporting to this position.
Act as primary liaison between company and all customers.
Maintain effective communication and coordinate with all external customers and suppliers.

Strong knowledge of automotive customer requirements (Ford, GM, Chrysler, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Quality processes and procedures to include SPC, GD&T, VE, APQP, DOE, etc.

Strong automotive manufacturing experience.
