Job Description

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) has a client in the Bowling Green, OH area that is seeking an Production Supervisor.

Responsibilies:
  • Lead and effectively manage a shift of hourly production employees.
  • Ensure safety, quality, productivity efficiency, 5S.
  • Implement production plan and communicate to all employees what must be done to achieve daily requirements.
  • Proven track record in training, mentoring, and motivating employees to improve overall performance and productivity.
  • Make adjustments during the shift to meet changing conditions, assigning or reassigning people as appropriate.
 Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required. 
  • 4 plus years of production floor supervision experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of plant quality, productivity, and profitability.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
