Job Description
ITS has a client in the Norwalk, OH area seeking a Production Scheduler. This is a direct hire role with full benefits including 401k.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- creates production schedule based on inventory levels and customer demands
- communicates plan to production supervisor
- communicates personal demands to production supervisor
- schedules tool changes
- checks production confirmations vs. Production schedule
- monitors adherence to production schedules
- monitors production orders (delete obsolete production orders) changes due dates etc based on requirements
- manages control cycles (production control cycles)
- checks materials in Transfer bins (901)
- Collects, analyzes, interprets information from internal and external sources to initiates or adjust production/assembly activities
- Effective cooperation with other members of the Borgers USA team, including subordinates, peers or managers.
- Identify risk and escalate contingency planning
- Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned

- 1-year manufacturing supervisory experience in increasingly complex roles, including adjusting or determining work schedules and/or labor requirements
- Ability and desire to maintain the technical and managerial skills required to effectively administer and oversee the production process
