Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to work in the Bowling Green, Ky area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. The salary range is $80, 000 to $90, 000. Metal Stamping experience is required
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primary function of this role is to provide input on new product launches, complete detailed process studies, review work instructions for accuracy, set up spare parts for new equipment, write equipment specs, evaluate work cells and improve the processes, track the OEE and evaluate it on a weekly basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
Set up spare parts for new equipment.
Track and evaluate the OEE weekly.
Communicates findings and proposals to manager
Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
Conducts risk assessments.
Must demonstrate high ethical standards.
Know and implement regulatory compliance requirements in their work area.
Participates in formal involvement team activities. Supports all departmental and organizational improvement initiatives in order to achieve business objectives.
Must participate in and successfully complete required training
Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
