Integrated Talent Strategies has partnered with a Nationally acclaimed civil engineering firm to find a Principal Engineer-Transportation. This individual will help building the Transportation practice for the region and be given the autonomy and resources to do so. The transportation practice includes transportation planning, traffic analysis, feasibility studies, NEPA services, permitting, right-of-way plan preparation, highway design, bridge design, ITS, program management, design/build, construction management, construction services, and miscellaneous work in support of our transportation clients. This position represents a tremendous opportunity for an individual with the drive and expertise needed to lead the growth of the transportation practice in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Master’s degree a plus.
Minimum 10 years’experience providing transportation services across numerous markets.
Professional Engineering Registration or equivalent.
Familiarity with design software.
Experience in multiple facets of transportation planning and engineering and thorough understanding of the project development process.
Experience in DOT Plan Preparation requirements and contracting.
Strong business development, business practice, project management, staff development and project execution skills.
Strong relationships with transportation clients
