Integrated Talent Strategies is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for a Home Health opportunity in Tiffin, OH. This role offers an hourly wage and provides an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in patients'lives by delivering quality care in their homes.

Responsibilities
Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients in their homes.
Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by the Physical Therapist.
Monitor and document patients'progress and report any changes to the supervising therapist.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve their health and mobility.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Ohio.
Previous experience in a home health setting is preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
