Integrated Talent Strategies is looking for a Dentist that is happy to practice in Pediatrics and with Medicaid or PPO patients in Columbus, Ohio. This role is a full-time permanent position 4 days a week with a minimum of $700 guaranteed a day, full benefits, production bonuses, malpractice insurance and possible ownership available!

Patient Base: Pediatric care, Medicaid office with some PPO patients
Work Schedule: 4 days/week, no weekends

Compensation and Benefits:
Income Potential: $200, 000-$400, 000
Guaranteed Minimum: $700-$1, 000 per day (depending on experience)
Production Bonus: 27% of adj production

Long-term Employment: Possible future ownership available
Candidate Requirements:
Dental License: DDS or DMD eligible for or currently holding an Ohio dental license.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Quality Focus: Commitment to high-quality standards and necessary procedures only AND enjoy treating children.
