Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Maintenance Tech to work in the Delta, OH area. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our machinery and equipment. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting machine repairs to maintain optimal performance.
Performing preventative and predictive maintenance checks, which include visual inspections, oiling, and greasing according to the schedule.
Handling fabrication tasks as needed.
Working with pneumatics and hydraulics systems to ensure functionality.
Applying electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Utilizing mechanical experience to maintain and repair equipment.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems to minimize downtime.
Performing other duties as assigned to support the maintenance team.
