We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team near the Perrysburg, OH area. This position offers a stable, long-term career path along with excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and vacation.
Responsibilities:
Perform welding and fabrication on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals to support machine and equipment builds.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements to complete projects accurately.
Build machines and components to specification, ensuring quality and durability.
Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other fabrication tools safely and effectively.
Assist in other work areas as needed to support overall production goals.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications:
MIG welding experience required.
Previous experience in custom fabrication strongly preferred;production welding experience will be considered.
Must be able to pass a blueprint reading test and demonstrate strong tape measure and basic math skills.
Familiarity with working in a manufacturing or machine-building environment a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to project needs.
High school diploma or equivalent;technical training or welding certifications a plus.
