Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a global leading company near Adrian, MI
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the overall maintenance to ensure safety, and environmental compliance of the plant while setting a standard of efficiency for the processes. Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision to oversee all maintenance employees and functions.
Responsible for facilities maintenance
Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained properly to avoid interruption of production and to minimize unnecessary downtime.
Analyze machine downtime to identify and correct mechanical problems.
Maintain maintenance-related records
Read, perform, and write work orders
Coordinate with outside contractors on equipment repairs as needed
Contribute to ongoing improvements
Create and maintain a preventative maintenance (PM) program/schedule
Ensure the availability of replacement parts for key manufacturing equipment to minimize unnecessary machine downtime.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience
Experience with AC/DC electrical control and power circuits.
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics and blueprints.
Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
Experience with pumps, heat exchangers, valves & pipe repairs are a plus
Effective communication skills
