ITS has a client in the Toledo, OH area seeking a Logistics Analyst. This is a direct hire role with full benefits including 401k.
Key Responsibilities
•Sequencer inventory minimum levels defined and managed in ERP system. Analyze, monitor and modify based upon pertinent logistics parameters.
•Investigate root causes and implement solutions related to sequencer part shortages and hot part requests.
•Assist with coordination and setup of new part numbers in QAD and SQL cross reference tables to enable production labeling and shipping. Test new setups fully before releasing to production.
•Work with finance to close the POP/MPAB payment loop and investigate, communicate and fix any issues (weekly).
•Investigate, communicate and resolve POP/PAB and sequencer inventory accuracy issues (ERP transactions, BOM, part number changes, etc.)
•Control inventory accuracy - investigate and resolve customer release issues, work with Logistics and IT group to implement and maintain systems that ensure accuracy of sequencer transactions (BOL/EP, missing payments, rev level changes, replacement parts, cycle counting, service part processing, shipping/receiving, etc.).
•Reconcile sequencer inventory on weekly basis.
•Work with Materials group to ensure accurate and timely MRP is being generated and distributed.
•Manage Build Outs and engineering changes for all products (FOB, service, sequencers).
•Cross train with ERP Administrator to provide backup support as required.
•Work with Systems Software Engineers to design/deploy any reports and tools needed to perform the above-stated duties efficiently and effectively.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
•Associate's Degree in a technical or business field of study.
•Four years of directly related work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Additional Information
•Minimum of 2 years of experience with QAD (or similar ERP system) including materials management, inventory control, release management, supply chain management.
•EDI experience in an automotive manufacturing environment preferred.
•Advanced level of expertise with Microsoft Office products (Excel).
