Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Project Launch Manager to work in the Oregon, OH area.
Job Summary: The Project Launch Manager will lead the end-to-end project management process, from initial project initiation to closure, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and operations, to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, and ensure alignment.
Oversee program management activities, including coordination of multiple interdependent projects, to achieve overarching strategic goals.
Responsible for facilitating APQP requirements.
Act as a liaison between the plant and customers on product quality issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in technical or related field.
Minimum of three years’experience dealing with Quality systems, procedures, and practices for an automotive supplier in a manufacturing environment.
