ITS, a nationwide recruiting firm, is working with an industry leader to assist them in finding a Construction Project Manager. This is a long-term contract position, working on an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate would have at least 7 years’experience with the following qualifications:
Monitor/control construction through facilitation of supervision to ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget and safely.
Manage technical aspects of the contract and subcontracts to protect the company's interest and maintain a good relationship with the clients.
Apply innovative and effective scheduling techniques to maximize the employee's performance.
Participate in safety audits to monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements.
