Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to work in the Lambertville, MI area.
Job Responsibilities:
Compliance with regulatory agencies.
Provide direction to employees in the resolution of problems related to benefits, company policies, etc.
Source, screen, and recommend candidates for employment and conduct new employee orientation.
Facilitate internal/external Health and Wellness activities.
Facilitate communication and employee involvement initiative.
Administer local performance review process and employment related policies and procedures.
Responsible for HRIS maintenance.
Support the administration of Worker's Compensation.
Conduct training sessions related to ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Safety Regulations
Worker's compensation
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Three to five years of experience in an HR Generalist role, in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
