Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a for a HR Generalist to work in the Muskegon MI area. This is a direct hire position which offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k).
Responsible of satisfaction and motivation initiatives for the employees of the Company, promoting a healthy work environment, according to company´s Ethical Code.
Represents the Company in front of the Union, attending, giving support and solutions to the problems exposed.
Responsible of HR KPI's (training, fluctuation, events, absenteeism, recruitment, etc.)
Attention to audits (internal - external), providing documentation, information and action plan if is needed.
Responsible to know and apply the Politic related to ISO 14001, such as procedures and work instructions, demonstrating a preventive behavior in order to avoid accidents or security affectations.
Responsible of training in safety and environmental system, to include it in annual training plan.
Control of documents for ISO 14001 related to her processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering or related).
At least 3 years of experience in HR area for Manufacturing.
Experience with Unions
Good Knowledge on (401K).
