Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a General Manager with experience in manufacturing to work in the St. Louis, MO/Granite City, IL area.
Responsibilities:
·Direct and coordinate activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies
·Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plan growth and profit.
·Provide direct and structure for operating units.
·Implement improved progress and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.
·Develop and create strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.
·Provide mentoring and guidance to subordinates and other employees.
·Communicating and following up with customers and vendors
·Review data, reports, production, inventory, and production needs for facility
·Planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency.
·Main contact for IATF and IS14001 Audit
Required skills and qualifications:
·Proven success in a managerial role
·Strong decision-making ability
·Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
·Ability to motivate, lead, and hold employees accountable.
·10+ years'experience in increasingly responsible management positions
·Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
