We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Full Desk Recruiter who will be responsible for recruiting top talent, driving business development, and managing client accounts. This role combines recruitment expertise with strong business acumen, allowing you to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while also growing and nurturing client relationships. As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates while also developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. You will play a critical role in the growth of our recruitment services and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities: Recruiting:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across industries and job functions.
Candidate Pipeline Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Matchmaking: Assess candidate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to align with client requirements.
Candidate Experience: Provide a high level of candidate care, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the offer, negotiation, and onboarding stages to ensure a smooth transition.
Business Development:
New Client Acquisition: Identify and engage new clients to grow the recruitment business and expand market presence.
Lead Generation: Proactively develop business opportunities by networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging digital platforms.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and offer customized recruitment solutions that align with their business objectives.
Market Analysis: Research and stay current on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Account Management:
Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients are consistently satisfied with the candidates placed and the overall recruitment process.
Post-Placement Support: Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates after placements, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth transitions.
Client Retention: Implement strategies to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.
Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in recruitment, business development, or sales, preferably in a staffing/recruitment agency or related industry.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in business development, client management, and recruitment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and candidates.
Sales Mindset: Strong ability to generate leads, close deals, and grow accounts in a competitive environment.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes, clients, and candidates simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address client and candidate concerns and find creative solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and other recruitment software.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry in which you are recruiting (i.E., IT, healthcare, finance, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting and managing accounts from start to finish.
Knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies, social media platforms, and job boards.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
