Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is working with a leading equiptment manufacturing is looking to add an expeirnced Field Service Technician to their expanding team. As a Field Service Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure utmost customer satisfaction by overseeing the installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and assistance for both new and existing packaging machinery at client sites. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in automation with a strong grasp of PLC systems.
This position will encompass 90% travel across US, Canada, and Mexico. International travel will be occasional. All travel is covered and paid in full. Key Responsibilities:
Execute the installation, commissioning, and testing of installed equipment at client facilities.
Provide comprehensive technical support, covering both mechanical and electrical aspects, throughout and post-warranty period, either onsite or via remote communication channels.
Conduct training sessions for client personnel and auxiliary services regarding the operation and maintenance of delivered equipment.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Expertise in Machine Automation, Mechanics, and Electronics.
3 years of relevant Field Service experience within a related industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Rockwell Automation software, particularly RSLogix 5000.
Fluency in Spanish is plus but not a requirement
