Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Electrical Engineer to work in the Fort Wayne, IN area for a top utility and energy company. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Hybrid Work Schedule –in office required days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and update Distribution system models and perform load-flow studies.
Prepare project scope packages for distribution asset rehab and grid modernization projects.
Prepare detailed cost estimates of distribution line projects.
Analyze reliability data noting areas of system improvement needs.
Perform circuit contingency analysis determining the suitability of automation projects.
Support design of new and upgraded customer electrical services with detailed electrical analysis.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in a program accredited by ABET.
2 years of experience in an engineering supporting design or systems analysis.
Strong communication skills.
