2-10+ years of experience (the pay will obviously fluctuate depending on experience, but they said $110k is about the highest they would go for this role)
-AutoCAD 2D is required
-Plant 3D, Revit, and other 3D software is preferred, but not required
-They don't need a bachelor degree, can have an associate's/related experience, but with no degree at all, the person would need to have a lot of experience.
