Integrated Talent Strategies is looking for a Director of Transformative Programs and ERP in the Cleveland, Ohio area with a large Fortune 500 company. This role is a full-time permanent opportunity and a hybrid role in the Cleveland area. This position will pay a base salary of 150-195k based on experience, a 15% annual bonus, employee stock, an employee pension and a 6% 401k match in addition to full healthcare benefits. This role will relocate a candidate outside of 50 miles and will not sponsor now or ever in the future.
The Transformation Program Lead is responsible for leading a large transformational interim initiative for the Enterprise Data & Insights organization. The Lead's core responsibilities include leading the Transformation program, managing cross-functional teams, and executing on successful program delivery. This role serves as a business partner, liaison between various ED&I and enterprise-wide departments, and an escalation point for issues that arise in the program. The Lead brings strong skills in collaboration, influencing, and communication to coordinate the successful delivery and execution of a transformational program. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, attention to detail, risk management, excellent project management, and change management skills, and a strong connection to the business and technology stakeholders.
Lead and manage the execution of a large transformational interim initiative, ensuring it is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
Develop a strategic roadmap for the Transformation program and integrate it with relevant business timelines and priorities
Manage cross-functional teams, provide guidance, and ensure alignment of the Transformation program with business goals and objectives
Serve as an escalation point for issues that arise in the Transformation program, determine what needs to be escalated, and what can be handled internally
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all areas and levels of the business to ensure that Transformation program assets support business goals and objectives
Provide proactive and regular updates to governance committees, reporting out on successes, issues, risks, and challenges
Ensure project management practices are aligned with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Proactively identify risks and areas of improvement and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful program delivery
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Project Management, or a related field, or in lieu of a related degree, at least 10 years of experience in the field of Data Science or Information Technology
Related certifications (e.G., Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma Green Belt) preferred
Knowledge and Experience:
8+ years of experience in leading large transformational programs, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing cross-functional teams
Experience in all aspects of project management and execution, including managing budgets and timelines and overseeing agile project plans
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all areas of the business
Demonstrated experience providing strategic guidance on project management methodologies, standards, and templates for the organization
Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change at an organizational level
