ITS has a client in the Toledo, Oh area seeking a Development Engineer. This is a direct hire role with full benefits including 401k.
Minimum Job Requirements:
B.S. Degree in Engineering. 10-15 years of experience in industrial machine design or industrial plant process support. Be capable of working in a team environment. Demonstrated supervision capabilities. Willing to travel internationally as needed.

The person will be responsible to identify, prioritize and develop improvements to current and future glass forming processes. The person will report to the product line manager responsible for a particular product offering.

- Perform engineering calculation and analysis of mechanical and/or electrical and/or thermal systems.
- Perform analysis of marketing provided information for potential solutions
- Support all associated operations, i.E., purchasing, manufacturing, construction and technical services, to complete projects efficiently.
- Trouble shoot problems for existing customers based on digital information.
- Travel to installation sites to perform various functions:
- Trouble shoot problem on existing equipment.
- Assist as needed in starting up new equipment
- Assist Marketing personnel on sales calls
- Travel will be international
- Maintain documentation data base for product support and engineering.
- Work in team settings.
