Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting
Come up with relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like key financial metrics, the monthly flash report, and actual spend against budgets/outlook
Make sure regular account reconciliation to completion
Maintain implementation and insure adherence to accounting policies and procedures
Advanced preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits
Maintain all Accounts Payables and Receivables
Pinpoint and develop process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a track record of identifying problems and delivering solutions
Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
CPA is an added bonus
3+ years of general ledger accounting experience
Degree in Accounting
Experience with Quick Books
Solid understanding of month end closings
Expertise in general ledger
Journal entries experience
