Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a direct hire Commerical Transaction Real Estate Associate in New York City. This is a hybrid role with PTO, 401K, and full health benefits. This is a global billion dollar law firm looking for a candidate with Big Law experience.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in Big Law real estate transactions in a law firm setting. Clients include real estate sponsors and developers, institutional and non-institutional investors and lenders, public and private funds, sovereign wealth funds, public agencies, and family offices. Clients rely on experience in a wide range of real estate-related transactions and asset classes, which have included office, retail, multi-family, industrial, hotel, data center, resort, residential, senior and student housing, recreational, and mixed-use properties, across the US and globally.
