Job Description
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a CAD Technician to work for a top utility company in the Columbus, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
*Full time, long term position.
*Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Base-mapping, GIS and layering, fundamental knowledge of Outside Plant, running line, conduit and cable design for copper, fiber optics, coax, manholes, hand holes, Make-Ready Engineering and poles (aerial and underground).
- This person will be supporting projects in multiple states. Under general supervision, this position creates underground construction drawings for utility installation.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver' s License.
- Teammates must pass a drug test and a background check.
- Prior AUTOCAD and GIS experience for construction projects is a plus.
- Must be able to interview in person.
