ITS has a client in the Toledo, OH area seeking a Board Certified Orthotist. This is a direct hire position with 100% paid full coverage health insurance, 401k, and additional amazing benefits!
Our client is seeking a skilled, American Board Certified (ABC) or Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) Certified Orthotist (CO) and/or Certified Orthotist Prosthetist (CPO) to join their dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and formulate orthotic and/or prosthetic treatment plans
Design, fit, and adjust orthoses and/or prostheses to meet individual patient needs
Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers
Educate patients and caregivers on the use and care of devices
Document all patient encounters and treatment outcomes in a timely manner
Participate in ongoing clinical education and staff development
Qualifications:
ABC or BOC Certification as a CO or CPO (required)
State licensure (if applicable by state law)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering patient-centered care
Strong clinical, technical, and problem-solving abilities
