- Will manage depositions, pretrial motions, and the entire litigation process from its initiation to resolution, whether through settlement or verdict.
- Crafting diverse pleadings and intricate motions, such as those for class certification
- Address a diverse range of Employment Law matter.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience handling employment law cases.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admission to the CA State Bar.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
