Integrated Talent Strategeis is seeking a mid-senior Associate (Class Years 2018 –2020) with Merger & Acquisition experience and specifically Private Equity M&A experience to join the Firm's US Private Equity practice group in the Washington, DC. The US Private Equity practice focuses on private equity transactions and funding arrangements, strategic M&A, acquisitions and divestitures of assets and companies, and joint ventures. This is a full-time permanent role with a 401k, and full healthcare benefits.
The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of M&A experience and strong academic credentials. Experience with private equity-backed companies is strongly preferred. Additionally, strong writing, communications and interpersonal skills are required. Please provide a cover letter indicating your office of interest with your submission.
