Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Admin Assistant in our North Ridgeville, OH office. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Responsibilities:
Answering/greeting people in the front lobby
Restocking kitchen supplies & bathroom supplies, etc.
Cleaning up kitchen area
Scanning & Printing documents and blueprints
Compiling excel expense reports & submitting
Filing
Sorting and organizing spreadsheets
Updating & maintaining spreadsheets
Placing orders for office supplies
Tracking safety training on a spreadsheet
Qualifications:
Construction or engineering accounting is a plus
Working knowledge of accounting principles.
Must have strong computer skills, especially in Excel and MS Office
