As a Construction Sales Advisor, you'll receive comprehensive training, cutting-edge tools, and ongoing support to help you build a thriving client base. What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain a personal book of business through door-to-door sales, referrals, and lead follow-up

  • Advise homeowners on roofing and siding solutions tailored to their needs

  • Provide estimates, assist with insurance claims, and manage client expectations

  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and reliability

  • Build long-term client relationships and become their go-to expert
What You'll Need

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Ability to pass background and MVR checks

  • Willingness to travel for annual company training

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
