Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking Registered Nurses for a hospital' s Mid-Level Med/Surg Patient Care Units in The Woodlands, TX area. Med/Surg Patient Care Unit 3 &(amp); Med/Surg Patient Care Unit 5
Full-Time: Three, 12-hour shifts
Day and night shifts available
Flexible self-scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1: 4-6
Beds: 34 & – 36
Neuro Med Surg Unit
Full Neuroscience Serviceline – Neuro ICU, Neuro IMU and Neuro Med/Surg.
Full-Time: Three, 12-hour shifts
Day shift available (7am – 7pm)
Flexible self-scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1: 3
Joint Replacement Unit
Full-Time: Three, 12-hour shifts
Day & Night Shift available
Flexible self-scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1: 4-6 (18 beds)
Nurses will also train and float to Surgical Ortho unit as needed.
Surgical Ortho Unit
Full-Time: Three, 12-hour shifts
Day Shifts available (7am – 7pm)
Flexible self-scheduling
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1: 4-6 (36 beds)
Nurses will also train and float to Joint Center as needed.
Education and Requirements:
BSN or currently enrolled in a BSN program about to graduate. Will accept ADN with a minimum of 2 years ADN experience in an acute care setting and can complete BSN within 3 years of employment.
1 year recent acute care experience with BSN.
Must have an active RN Texas License, or active multi-state compact RN license.
