Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work in the Toledo, OH area. Job Description:
Create reports utilizing real-time data to support commercial, financial, and operations functions
Lead the initiative to establish and maintain the appropriate data structures to support the business
Compile appropriate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Assist in transition to new ERP system by becoming an expert on the database structure to help retrieve information and write reports as needed
Train employees, across multiple organizational functions, on the use of the reports
Assist commercial team in compiling information pertaining to specific customer or vendor issues
Assist management team in overall market evaluation and growth strategy pertaining to certain products and markets
Understand the intricacies of internal systems and serve as a pinpoint person to assist others with retrieval of information
Other projects as assigned by management team Requirements:
4+ years of related business experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Basic SQL knowledge
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, leadership aptitude
High attention to detail Critical thinking and problem-solving proficiency
Exhibits high level of integrity and confidentiality
Confidence to work with multiple levels of management, up to and including Executive Team
Strong knowledge of entire Microsoft Suite plus
