Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Purchasing Admin to work in the Bowling Green, area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. It is 1 st shift and the salary range is $60, 000-$75, 000.
Your Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact with suppliers and the warehouse for booking in deliveries, making changes to delivery schedules and order amendments . Upload to the buyers worksheet.
Manage purchases for a company or organization . Job duties often include collecting information from different departments, determining needs, and finding suppliers.
Maintain purchasing and pricing module as required utilizing SAP and other IS systems.
Assure on time delivery to help timely program completion and help maximize profits.
Reconcile variances between purchase orders and invoices.
Preferred qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
SAP experience
