ITS has a client in the Highland Park, MI area seeking an Inventory Analyst. This is a direct hire role with full benefits including 401k.
Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
•Analyze production release requirements and broadcast data compared to inventory levels and schedule secondary equipment for 24 hour period.
•Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories of Processed & Raw Fascia
•Establish work in process inventory requirements by part number and manage scheduling of work in process to support assembly.
•Analyze internal customer release requirements to determine production shift requirements to maintain min/max work in process inventories.
•Participate as required as a cross-functional member of continuous improvement teams focusing on improving performance objectives.
•Communicate Engineering Change Notices to all departments to ensure equipment is ready to produce the correct product
•Monitor inventory levels approaching changes and schedule to reduce obsolete material from being produced
•Ensure product demands are met and process standards are achieved
•Track equipment downtime
•Work with Process Engineers to schedule trials and pre-production
•Proactively identify potential business issues and/or supply constraints, develop risk mitigation plans and escalate, as appropriate
•Develop, measure and track internal departments requirements
•Develop and implement an inventory record accuracy program to achieve internal goals
•Develop equipment schedules to maximize process efficiency
•Performs other duties as directed.
Key Qualifications/Requirements
•Associate's Degree or equivalent in a related field of study. Six years work related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Work experience combined with current schooling towards degree will be considered.
Additional Information
•Previous work experience in materials scheduling in a J.I.T. Environment an asset.
•Proficient computer skills a must.
•Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
