Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Permit Coordinator to work in the Santa Clara, CA area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
  • Support engineers by submitting, tracking, and coordinating building and fire permits for design packages, including assisting with RFI’ s, tracking permit status, expenses and picking up permits in the Bay area.
  • Will coordinate with local government agencies by applying for permits, relaying technical information, and handling necessary payments to receive permits.
  • Communication with clients, engineers, project managers, and designers.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’ s Degree or graduation from a technical program.
  • Experience working with engineers, designers, architects or construction design teams.
  • Experience with building permits
  • AutoCAD not required but a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Valid driver’ s license required.
