- Act as a primary liaison between customers and company ensuring that all customer requirements are met on a timely basis.
- Downloads EDI releases daily; analyzes for changes, corrects errors as needed.
- Prepares preliminary and final shipping reports
- Communicates with customers electronically and/or via phone on all issues regarding schedules
- Maintains computer records for all customer files.
- Communicates with customer and production.
- Works with Shipping Department to set up trucks for any issues concerning customer deliveries
- Performs necessary daily customer communications.
- Handles all service parts orders including EDI confirmation, delivery and shipping information.
- Customer service experience with Ford or GM or Chrysler required.
