Job Description

  • Act as a primary liaison between customers and company ensuring that all customer requirements are met on a timely basis.
  • Downloads EDI releases daily; analyzes for changes, corrects errors as needed.
  • Prepares preliminary and final shipping reports
  • Communicates with customers electronically and/or via phone on all issues regarding schedules
  • Maintains computer records for all customer files.
  • Communicates with customer and production.
  • Works with Shipping Department to set up trucks for any issues concerning customer deliveries
  • Performs necessary daily customer communications.
  • Handles all service parts orders including EDI confirmation, delivery and shipping information.
  • Customer service experience with Ford or GM or Chrysler required.
