Contract Analyst II
New Albany, OH 43054
Aids in the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals. Responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications and contractual provisions. Requires a bachelor' s degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager.
Prepare, monthly metrics & analytics.
Establish and maintain monthly metrics.
Identify and research discrepancies.
Summarize and report back to management any recommendations.
Ability to think outside the box
Ad hoc reporting
Ability to work and communicate with all levels of management across multiple departments.
Strong Excel Skills
Perform complex data analysis around bid submissions. That includes the ability to collect large amounts of data and be able to extract meaningful conclusions from that data.
Experience in running ad hoc reports to support various business functions.
Possess both strong analytics, but also strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work within multiple levels of the company.
