Job Description

The Client Operations Coordinators operate in a client-focused environment utilizing strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. The Client Operations Coordinators support the Adviser Team in servicing the clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

PROJECT, PROCESS, and/ or PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Provides support to the Adviser Team by administering client data, opening, closing and servicing accounts on an on-going basis
Preparing Investment paperwork to on-board and service clients
Submit paperwork to custodians and track progress
Document and save information in our system
Processing and tracking new accounts, transfers, money movements and other service-related items
Update client information in database/CRM according to workflows
Process client address changes
Process client deposits to custodians
Process OFAC documents and anti-money laundering review
Adhere to firm's compliance policies and procedures
Assists in communicating procedural/custodial changes to Operations and Adviser Teams
Assists team in system reconciliations to ensure the integrity of data

CLIENT RETENTION
Download and save monthly/quarterly custodial statements
Answer basic adviser/team questions regarding custodial requirements
Working directly with custodians to monitor and track service requests and resolve issues that arise

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Client Referrals

Requirements
Associates degree or higher preferred
Basic knowledge of investment account types, investment philosophy and service types and requirements
Ability to navigate custodial computer systems and client relationship management system
Excellent communication, listening, consultation, organization, multi-tasking, prioritization, problem solving and customer service skills
Ability to work independently, quickly and meet deadlines with attention to detail
