Project Controller / Coordinator
This position will work with project manager on major capital projects, assist purchasing agent with the procurement of equipment and construction contracts, and interface with vendors. Duties will also include regular attendance at project meetings and occasional travel to client site as necessary.
Prepare prequalification documents and arrange all prequalification activities.
Prepare and issue bid documents.
Arrange pre-bid meetings and clarifications meetings with all bidders.
Coordinate with bidders for bid submission and addendum issuing.
Prepare bid tabulation, review commercial content and provide recommendation for award.
Issuance of Purchase Orders.
Coordinate with contractor to obtain all required information.
Preparation and negotiation of equipment delivery schedule.
Contract Administration: documentation, filing and maintenance of contract deliverables.
