Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Program Manager to work in the Fremont, Oh area. Salary range is $100, 000-$110, 000 TOP RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TIER ONE AUTOMOTIVE PROGRAMS ENGINEER INCLUDE:
Preferred Engineering Degree or minimum of 5-10 years in Program Management.
Versed in full IATF APQP Phased Launch philosophy,
Injection molding tooling development, project cost management including customer quotation and contract review.
Must be an active communicator leading internal product development team meeting and external customer PDT meetings.
Travel may include leaving the country but within the NAFTA region for tool development and tool trial.
Finally, bringing project in on time, at quoted cost or better and successful final customer PPAP, R@Rate and Mass Production.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
College degree as a minimum
3+ years of automotive related management experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

QUALITY
The Program Engineer has the responsibility for ensuring that the finished products meet established quality assurance specifications.
PRODUCT TECHNICAL REVIEWS
Prepare product reviews for customer engineering/purchasing.
Organize the required people to prepare for these reviews.
ENGINEERING
To support the design and engineering of new & existing products to ensure customer satisfaction are met within the approved production program.
In conjunction with Sales staff, provide support and liaison with Customer' s Engineering and Design personnel if necessary.
To coordinate product and process feasibility studies and all other documentation required supporting customer expectations.
Monitor all product and tooling cost quotations in a timely and accurate basis, in response to Customer inquiries.
To manage new product tooling programs, current production program Engineering changes and supervises tooling try-outs and sample preparation for submission to customers.
To analyze new quotes to determine process improvements to improve production efficiencies and product quality.
To manage A.Q.P. (Advance Quality Programs) meetings.
To ensure all new molds and secondary tooling meet established quality control specifications.
To Lead VA / VE Activities initiated by Customer or internal team.
To assist, where required, Quality and Production departments in troubleshooting and problem analysis in conjunction with any issues of quality or production efficiency.
