Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Office Administrator to work in the Maumee, OH area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
Responsibilities
•Facilitates daily office processes to promote efficiency and compliance with company policies
•Collaborate with members of the administrative team to improve process efficiency & performance
•Manage advisor team daily schedules, appointments, and travel plans
•Manage advisor team emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
•Support company bookkeeping and budgeting procedures
•Maintain input of client information/data in company databases and record keeping programs
•Coordinate the submission of reports, proposals, and presentations as needed
•Assist colleagues as needed Qualifications
•Must be resilient and adaptable, with excellent time management and organizational skills
•Successful experience as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
•Familiarity with basic office data management procedures and accounting principles
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other standard office management tools and applications
