Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Engineering Manager to work in the Bowling Green, Ky area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. Salary range is $120, 000-$150, 000. Responsibilities:
Oversee Project Management and insure the timely launch of all new products/changes
Provides leadership for all technical issues, discussions and problem solving
Oversee all new business/change quoting
Schedule and supervise activities of Engineering Department
Program Management background, with strong leadership acumen
Technical expert in Assembly and or Tooling
Business Planning contributor
Experience:
Engineering Degree
10+ years experience in new product launch in Automotive manufacturing
Experience manager engineers
